Pastor J
No stranger to the public eye, Pastor James L. Moss has been iconic and definitely another notch in the legacy of the world-renowned musically acclaimed Moss family. Submitting his life to Christ at the age of 7, he proclaims he knew there was a call on his life to do more. Not only as a gospel singer he would tour the world, but he would also speak when opportunities presented itself. After years of service under Bishop John Drew Sheard of Greater Emmanual COGIC in the music department, he would accept his official call into the ministry in 2008. God would then compel he and his wife to take a turn in life that would ultimately lead them to Bishop R. E. Joyce of Life Center Church where he would be trained, further developed and licensed as an ordained minister in 2013. He would be given the title of Pastor of Music Worship and the Arts, Pastor of Presentation and Media and assigned to the executive pastoral staff under Bishop Joyce. In 2015 he would be elevated to Asst. Pastor of Life Center Church. Pastor J is happily married to Melanie Moss as they live with their sons James II and Jamel in Michigan.
Pastor Mel
As a native Detroiter, Melanie holds a Master's degree in communications and has significant management and leadership experience in communications, public relations and business operations. "I am a doer" who is highly skilled in visualizing and executing a plan," says Pastor Melanie.
Pastor Melanie has also wrote, produced and directed 8 full-scale stage plays which received acclaim for their comedic and spiritual content. Her stage plays are produced through Millenni Era Vision, a production company she runs along side her husband J Moss. Pastor Melanie is the proud mother of two amazing sons James and Jamel Moss.
Ordained under the leadership and authority of Bishop R. E. Joyce, Pastor Melanie has been fluently trained and developed as a strong prayer warrior, minister of the Gospel and prophetess. Along side her husband she is committed to overseeing and implementing the vision of Living Waters Church to continue our work on building the Kingdom here on earth.
